Advanta's sustainability commitments resonate throughout the company and become part of the Advanta’s DNA. All employees are empowered to initiate an action that can have an impact on the community or the environment.

The company actively promotes sustainable lifestyle by encouraging its employees, business partners and community to engage sustainable lifestyle and take actions to reduce the environmental footprint.

Advanta’s commitment to sustainability initiated an employee recognition program, 'Making An Impact Award,' in which Advanta’s employees get recognized for taking an action as individuals or teams with a significant impact. The award program aims to recognize and celebrate outstanding actions that are creative, scalable and inspirational in contributing to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The award program has been running since November 2020, awarding 117 employees across Advanta operations.

The award inspires and motivates all Advanta team members to take action while building Advanta culture of care and passion for making the world a better place.
